These herbal bath blends are wonderful for steeping in your bath water, added to bath oils, bath bombs or bath salts. To enhance your bath we suggest you create the perfect essential oil blend to compliment your herb blend.

Herbal Bath Blend – Cold Relief Mix

• 9 cups Eucalyptus
• 7 cups Peppermint
• 6 cups White Willow Bark
• 5 cups Yarrow
• 7 cups Juniper Berries
• 5 cups Fennel Seeds

Suggested Essential Oil Blend(s):

• Eucalyptus (2 parts), Lavender 40/42 (2 parts) & Tea Tree (1 part)
• Eucalyptus (1 part), Peppermint (1 part) & Tea Tree – Lemon (2 parts)

Herbal Bath Blend – Detoxifying Blend

• 6 cups Red Clover
• 7 cups Sage
• 6 cups Nettle Leaf Cut & Sifted
• 7 cups Peppermint
• 6 cups Yarrow Flowers

Suggested Essential Oil Blend(s):

• Grapefruit, Pink (4 parts), Peppermint (2 parts), Rosemary (10 parts), Spearmint (1 part)

Herbal Bath Blend – Relaxing Medley

• 6 cups Chamomile Flowers
• 6 cups Rose Petals Red
• 6 cups Lemongrass
• 6 cups Passion Flowers
• 6 cups Orange Peel

Suggested Essential Oil Blend(s):

• Lavender 40/42, Petitgrain & Sandalwood (Equal parts)
• Rose Geranium, Lavender 40/42 and Rose Otto (Equal Parts)

Herbal Bath Blend – Romance

• 6 cups Rose Petals Red
• 6 cups Chamomile Flowers
• 6 cups Lavender Buds
• 6 cups Spearmint Leaves
• 5 cups Rosemary
• 6 cups Juniper Berry

Suggested Essential Oil Blend(s):

• Jasmine (3 parts), Lavender 40/42 (5 parts), Rose Otto (3 drops), Sandalwood (5 drops ) & Ylang Ylang (2 drops)
• Clary Sage (1 part), Sandalwood (2 parts) & Ylang Ylang III (2 parts)
